Reagan is another one of my gorgeous 2025 seniors, and from the moment she stepped out of the car, I knew this session was going to be so special. She had always wanted her senior session to be on the beach… and what a lovely (and windy) beach senior session it was.
Reagan is athletic and graceful. In high school, she has enjoyed being a cheerleader at Berkley Prep, as well as being a part of the track team. (Actually, to say she’s athletic and graceful is a bit of an understatement). And, her choice of the beach for her senior pictures gave us the most beautiful backdrop to showcase both her strength and grace.
Reagan arrived in a soft and stunning white dress that felt like it was made for the beach. Seeing that white dress flowing in the wind added so much extra movement to her photos, and it was quite beautiful. Also, because of the amount of wind at the beginning of her session, we started on the quieter side of the island, while hoping that the wind would eventually settle down some. But, through all of it, Reagan didn’t even flinch. She had so much poise and she was an expert poser (in my opinion). Her height and athletic build gave her this effortless, model-like presence. She was relaxed and followed direction to perfection. We were off to a great start!!
For her second outfit, we tried moving to another side of the island, and that turned out to be a good choice. The wind was slowly settling down as the day went on, so we were making progress! (Whew!).
Her next dress was a blue and white patterned dress, and looked great with the rocks and palm trees. It was the perfect setting for a classic, coastal look. Reagan was so relaxed, she smiled with grace, and made everything look natural. (I really have the best seniors, in my opinion!).
Then came her third look, which was so much fun for the beach! It was a cheerful, pale yellow skirt paired with the cutest white top and gold sandals. The soft tones of the outfit popped beautifully against the sawgrass. Her mom and I, both, loved how the cut of the top added just the right amount of flair to her outfit. It was classy, timeless, and so Reagan. These photos of her by the sawgrass were some of my very favorites from her session.
We ended the session down on the “main” beach, just in time for golden hour. We still had a little wind, but it turned out to be perfect for her cap and gown photos… adding so much movement into her photos. (In case you have never noticed, I LOVE movement in senior photos!). And the sunset gave us the best ending to a beautiful day. We all left with full hearts. What a fun and productive afternoon… what a lovely beach senior session it was!
Reagan was such a joy to work with. She has her college plans all set and will be heading out of town for school in the Fall. I have no doubt that this girl is going to make an impact on the world. It was so easy to see during her senior session, that whatever she sets her mind on, she will accomplish!!
Congratulations, Reagan!!! Enjoy your last summer before you start college! I am so excited for you and your future! Thanks for letting me hang out and celebrate you at your senior session.
