Seniors and Sunflowers

Picture this: A huge field of sunflowers stretching as far as the eye can see, the warm Florida sunshine, and a group of stunning seniors standing in the middle of it all, looking amazing!!! I had always wanted to do a photoshoot just like this!! And, my awesome class of 2023 SMP model team was there to help me make it happen… and it was amazing!!! I mean… let’s face it… seniors and sunflowers… they just go together. (At least in my photographer brain, they do!).

All of us had the absolute best time taking senior pictures in that sunflower field. And, the results??? They were stunning! The sunflowers were HUGE and they created the most vibrant and fun backdrop. The girls looked fantastic in their cute dresses, denim, and hats. Everything came together so perfectly! In my own mind I was thinking… who wouldn’t want to be surrounded by sunflowers for their senior photos? 🌻 Then, once we were finished, we all went and picked our own flowers to take with us and enjoy them at home!

And now, with sunflower season just around the corner, I’m obviously reminiscing about this gorgeous shoot from two years ago. This senior photo shoot was just too good NOT to give it a permanent spot on my blog! The memories of the vibrant fields, the beautiful light, and the fun that we all experienced that day are just as unforgettable to me now as they were then. So I hope you enjoy this little stroll down memory lane before the sunflowers bloom again! It’s almost time!!! I’d love to meet you there…
