     My absolute favorite time of day for a senior session is at sunrise. The light is beautiful, there are usually no crowds to figure out how to avoid, and the morning just always feels more relaxed. (Plus, the fact that I’m an early bird helps… alot!!!).

     But not every high school senior enjoys waking up before the sun! So, I was extra impressed and grateful that Bradley was eager to capture his senior photos during the early hours of the day!

Extra bright and sunny morning

     We met early at Fred Howard Park, which is where Bradley wanted to capture his senior pictures. When we arrived, there were very few people on the beach, which was wonderful. But the sun was also very bright, so we had to work strategically and quickly to race against the sun. Thankfully there was a great lifeguard stand, which acted as a nice sun barrier and a fun way to bring in an extra pop of color.

Class of 2023

Bradley spent his high school years at Gaither High School, where he enjoyed sharing his outstanding talent… singing in the school’s pops group. While at Gaither high school, he enjoyed traveling around the Tampa Bay area, along with the entire pops group, named “Showcase”, to perform at various events and venues. (And if I seem a little over excited about this fact, it may be because 30+ years ago, I was in this same pops group! So, yes… I was feeling just a little nostalgic about his session).

     It was so much fun to watch Bradley smiling, and enjoying his senior session at the beach. It helped that his parents, who are family friends, were at the session too. Considering how witty and quite hilarious his dad is, it wasn’t hard to make Bradley laugh for his entire session. To be honest, we ALL were laughing for the entire session.

College plans

     Bradley is excited to attend the University of Central Florida in the Fall, and I have no doubt he will be a much loved student and (hopefully) a standout singer there too. Congratulations, Bradley! I hope you enjoy every moment of your next chapter.
